Evri (UK Orders)
If you’re not home when Evri tries to deliver, don’t worry — they’ll make up to three attempts to get your parcel to you! They might also leave it in a safe place if it’s suitable.
If you’d like to pass on a preferred delivery day, time or safe place, you can chat directly with Evri via their web chat service and they’ll pass your message to the courier.
Please note that exact delivery times aren’t always guaranteed, but they’ll do their best to get your goodies to you ASAP. If Evri has tried to deliver three times and still can’t reach you, your parcel will be returned to us and you’ll be refunded.
Royal Mail (UK Orders)
If you miss your delivery, Royal Mail will automatically try again the next working day. You’ll receive a red ‘Something for You’ card after the first attempt, which also gives you options to rearrange delivery if you’d prefer.
Please allow two working days to arrange a redelivery. Royal Mail are only able to hold items for 18 days from the first attempted delivery. After this, your parcel will be returned to us and you'll be refunded.
International Orders
For international deliveries, tracking updates and final delivery details are provided by your local courier once your parcel arrives in your country. You can find this info using your OCS tracking number for the latest updates. 🌍
