Why did my order arrive in separate packages?
We know it's always exciting to receive your full order in one go — but sometimes, your items may arrive separately. Here's why:
🚚 Split Shipments from Multiple Warehouses
To get your items to you as quickly as possible, we ship products from different locations depending on stock availability. This means:
Your order may be split across two or more parcels
Each parcel will have its own tracking number
Items may arrive on different days, even if ordered together
🧾 What to Expect:
You’ll receive a separate shipping confirmation email for each parcel, with the relevant tracking link (e.g., Royal Mail, Evri)
If only part of your order has arrived, the rest is likely still on the way!
