Customs charges are outside of Skinnydip’s control and are determined by your local customs office. We are unable to cover or refund any charges you may incur.
We cannot predict if or when you may be charged, but for guidance, you can contact your local customs office.
If you choose not to pay any outstanding customs or import duties, your parcel will be returned to us for a refund. Please note that once a return has been processed, we cannot stop this or resend the items.
